This is a guide to Eravity lifting compiled by Dr. Choi Byeong-geun of SHINE U Clinic Konkuk (3 minutes' walk from Konkuk Univ. Station, Exit 1).
I used to live without worrying about wrinkles and elasticity, but one day, I started to notice fine wrinkles around my eyes and mouth in the mirror. As they deepened, I realized I needed to manage them before they got worse. Since I hadn't been consistently taking care of my skin, I felt overwhelmed about where to start, so I decided to review the principles step by step.
Lifestyle habits also affect elasticity
Skin aging is a natural process, but daily habits can also have an impact.
- Frequent exposure to UV rays
- Conditions that easily dry out the skin
- Repeated care without knowing one's own skin type
Even if I tried to change my habits, it was difficult to feel any improvement if I didn't know which areas were in what condition.

The roles of collagen, elastin, and fibroblasts
It is said that the loss of elasticity with age is due to a decrease in collagen and elastin. Fibroblasts are cells that form the strong framework of the skin, maintaining elasticity and structure, and creating and healing new tissue when an injury occurs. It is also said that the slower disappearance of scars with age is related to the decreased function of these cells. Ultimately, they are the main cause of sagging and wrinkles.

A method of stacking heat vertically
I felt reassured that Eravity is equipment approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. Unlike existing methods that deliver heat horizontally, it is characterized by delivering heat vertically, building it up from within. It doesn't just treat the surface but delivers thermal energy from deep skin layers, helping to activate collagen and fibroblasts, which are important for elasticity.
If you are curious about the lifting principle, inquire first via chat consultation.
1064 wavelength and pulse mode
The output was not strong, so it felt gentle during the treatment, but there can be individual differences. The skin consists of the epidermis, dermis, subcutaneous fat, and muscles. Eravity utilizes the advantages of the 1064 wavelength, focusing on regeneration and elasticity. The pulse mode and energy can be adjusted to suit the skin layer, allowing for customized treatment according to face shape and skin type, and I also felt a reduction in enlarged pores.

Changes observed in tone and texture
Dull and uneven skin texture can make one look older than their age. Adjusting the energy to suit skin concerns helped not only with wrinkles and elasticity but also with improving facial tone and texture. The degree of results may vary individually.
Even delicate areas
Since it is not a method that delivers a lot of heat at once, it was possible to reduce the burden of skin damage. When treated not only on the jaw and cheeks but also on delicate areas like the eyes and mouth, which require precise skill, there was less bruising or swelling, allowing for a quick return to daily life. However, suitability and results may vary depending on skin condition.
If you are concerned about deepening wrinkles and elasticity, check the method suitable for your skin layer through consultation. You can also compare it with other similar lifting treatments such as Eravity Genesis or Thermage FLX.
